About the Foundation
Lead With Purpose Foundation is a Pan-African non-profit organisation committed to cultivating ethical, purpose-driven leaders who will shape Africa’s future with integrity, courage, and compassion.
Founded as the practical extension of Andrew Maringa’s book Purpose, Passion, Progress: Building Legacy and Leadership in Africa, the Foundation exists to turn leadership philosophy into real-world impact. Africa is the youngest continent in the world, and this demographic reality presents both an urgent challenge and a generational opportunity. How Africa leads today will determine its prosperity, stability, and global influence tomorrow.
The Foundation believes that true leadership is rooted in family, faith, ethical conduct, gender balance, and holistic health. Leadership is not
about titles or power, but about responsibility, service, and legacy.
Through mentorship, education, advocacy, research, and partnerships, Lead with Purpose Foundation is building a movement of leaders who serve before self and leave lasting impact across communities, institutions, and generations.

Our Vision
The Foundation exists to strengthen family and faith as the foundation of
leadership, empower boys and girls through mentorship, education, and strong
values, confront gender-based violence through awareness and advocacy, address
substance abuse while promoting healthier communities, and develop ethical
leaders across families, churches, corporates, entrepreneurship, government, and
education and training institutions. It further advances thought leadership and
research on ethical and faith-based leadership, while inspiring purpose, passion,
and progress by leading with vision in an increasingly digital world.
